Please allow up to seven days for your return to be processed by us after confirmation of receipt has been recieved. If a replacement item you’ve requested is in one of our sales, or its low on stock, then you may want to order this item separately in order to avoid disappointment.
We send all replacement items using free standard shipping.
If you would like your replacement/s sent by an express method (for countries that we deliver to where this is an available option), then we ask please that you request this with your return. We will then charge the difference between standard and express shipping costs to your card.
If you have requested replacements of a higher value, then any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order, unless, of course, someone else bought the items for you! Lucky you!
