Any refund due will be credited back to the card or PayPal account used to pay for the original order. We are unable to refund by any means other than this.

If you are due for a refund and your card has expired, then you will need to either get in touch with us with your new expiry date, or you will need to update your details on your PayPal account before this can be processed.

We will send an automated e-mail to let you know once your refund has been sent to you. You may then need to allow up to a further five working days for your card issuer to process the credit back to your account (this delay is unfortunately outside of our control, please refer to your bank’s terms and conditions for further information on how long this might take).

We would ask you to please also note that we are unable to offer credit notes on request.
