How to return items

First of all, we ask you please to check that any items that you are returning to us meet our returns policy. This can be found here. You don’t need to let us know in advance that you are returning something to us. Just complete the form that came with your order and enclose it with your returned goods.

UK customers – how to return

Royal Mail

Please use the returns label that will have been enclosed with your order.

If your order includes any full price items then the enclosed label will be freepost. Make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, so that we can still complete your return if it gets lost on its way back to us. This should show the ‘Eildon Trading Ltd.’ address that you returned the goods to, together with the post office’s printed/stamped confirmation of the date of posting.

For orders containing only discounted items, you’ll need to pay return postage. Please keep copies of your shipping documentation so that you can make a claim with the carrier if your parcel gets lost on its way back to us.

Please allow five days for your return to reach us. You should keep your proof of postage until you’ve received your refund or replacement.

Once your package has arrived back with us we will send you an e-mail to let you know. Your return will then be processed according to your instructions.

International customers – how to return

Complete the returns form that came with your order & put this in with your returned items. If you no longer have the form, please enclose a note stating what you’re returning, and for each item the return reason & whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

Use the address label on the back of the form to mail your return. You’ll need to pay return postage. If you no longer have the form, please send your return to the following address:

Please get proof of postage and keep this until you’ve had confirmation that we’ve got your return, so that you can make a claim with the carrier in case it doesn’t reach us.
