Can I return items I received as a gift?
You can, yes – as long as they meet our returns policy. Please also refer to the paperwork that came with your delivery.
Please be aware that the purchaser will automatically be notified by e-mail of any returns, refunds or replacements. We can’t prevent this as it’s an automated part of our returns system. Refunds can also only be issued to the card or PayPal account that was used to pay for the goods.
If you’d like replacement items of a higher value than the returned goods, please make sure you have the cardholder’s permission before requesting replacement items which would incur any additional charge. Alternatively, you can pay any difference owing with your own card – just note on your return form that you’d like to do this (but please don’t write payment information as it’s not secure) then once we’ve confirmed receipt of your return, give us a call with your card details for the extra payment.
